The product must be unopened, unused, and sealed to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or tampered with.

If the item must be returned for inspection, the refund or replacement will be processed only after we receive and inspect the item.
3. Return Shipping Costs (For Further Inspection)
If there is a necessity to return the item for further inspection, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees. To ensure your return is processed smoothly, we highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
