We aim to make sure your bird's nest drinks arrive safely and fast! Here is a simple guide to our shipping process.

 

1. Shipping Fees 

For a limited time only, shipping is FREE across Malaysia until 31 December 2026.

2. Order Processing

We are dedicated to preparing your order quickly:

Processing Time: All orders are processed, packed, and ready to ship within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another email with tracking details once your package is shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, the delivery usually takes 2-3 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high volumes or unforeseen weather conditions. We will always keep you updated if we anticipate significant delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after placing your order. Once your parcel is packed and ready, we will send your tracking number to you via WhatsApp.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you spot an error right away, please contact us immediately so we can try to fix it before it ships.
